회류 - 자연의 포근함과 도시의 컨텍스트가 모여 흐르는 고품격 주거단지. 향후 계획될 토지의 용도를 고려하면 A11블록은 양면적인 성격을 동시에 가지고 있다. 이중 하나는 녹지가 유입되어야 하는 자연(nature)으로서의 특성과, 중심 상업시설에서부터 열려야 하는 컨텍스트, 즉 도시(urban)로서의 특성이다. 회류란, 양면적인 두 공간이 계획대지 내에서 완충되어 하나가 되는 것이다. 자연과 도시는 대지 내부로 유입(inflow)되어 중앙의 열린 공간(open space)을 통해 관계를 맺는다. 레벨차이에 의해 대지는 분절(division)되고, 분절된 사이엔 새로운 흐름 공간(path, node)이 형성된다. 결과적으로 자연과 도시는 대지 내부에서 흘러 모여서(flowing round), 새로운 커뮤니티 외부공간을 형성하고, 삼송지구 커뮤니티 존의 거점이 되는 커뮤니티의 장으로 거듭난다.
The 2nd I-Park of Samsong is a high-quality housing unit created through a natural flow, working to create a natural coziness that still has a relationship with the surrounding urban context. In consideration of upcoming planned land use, the A11 Block embodies many unique design qualities, including natural characteristics to help input green space into the site, as well as urban characteristics serving as an important piece of context, which needs to be opened to the central commercial facilities. The term ‘flowing around’ refers to the combination of two ambivalent spaces that exist together within a planned space to act as a buffer zone. With the inflow of both nature and city into the land, both nature and the city have an important relationship not only with each other, but also with the open space located in the center. Based on the difference in height due to the surrounding topography, the land is divided, while a new flow path and central node is formed within a divided gap. Ultimately, both nature and city flow around and within the land to form a unique exterior space for the new community to enjoy, and this natural flow helps develop the community and works to identify itself as a hub for the Samsong Community Zone.
