가정법원 신청사는 광주지법과 함께 청사를 써오다 독립청사로 이전한 가정법원은 지상 1층, 지상 5층 건물로 사건 당사자의 사생활을 보장할 수 있게동선이 설계됐으며, 협의이혼교육실, 면접교섭실 등 가사청소년 전문법원으로서의 공간이 확충되었다.
The Family Court of Gwangju District Court has been using the office of the City Court Office and relocated into a 5 storey building that provides special circulation plans that secure the privacy of the users. Moreover, the divorce consultation room, the negotiation room and the room for housekeeping youths have also become expanded.
