하이원 행정동은 주식회사 강원랜드의 행정업무를 수행하는 강원랜드의 신축사옥이다. 지하1층에 지상8층, 연면적 16,621㎡의 업무시설로서 행정동 외에 온실, 경비실의 3개동으로 이루어져있다. 녹색건축물 우수등급과 에너효율 1등급의 자연에 순응하는 친환경을 지향하는 건축물로 신축되었다. 건물 외부에는 지역주민과 화합하고 함께하는 의미에서 잔디공원과 친수 생태연못이 조성되어 있고, 건물1층에는 다목적홀과 고객 휴게공간이 만들어져 있다. 하이원 행정동 신축건물은 주변지역과 상생하며, 행정동으로서 업무효율은 극대화하고, 강원랜드의 미래지향적 가치를 상승시키고, 주변자연과 상호조화를 이루는 친환경 건물로서 또한 이곳 정선군 고한지역의 랜드마크로서 우뚝 서게 될 것이다.

The HIGH1 Administrative Unit is a new company building for Kangwon Land Inc. and is designed to allow it to perform all of its administrative tasks. As a business facility that contains one underground floor and eight ground floors totalling 16,621㎡, this building is composed of three distinct units, including a greenhouse and security office. It has been newly established as a building which pursues eco-friendliness, possessing an excellent grade as a green building and a first rank in energy efficiency. Outside of the building, the Grass Park and Water-friendly Eco Pond were both created to ensure a natural harmony existed for the local residents, while a multi-purpose hall and a customer rest space were prepared on the ground floor. The new HIGH1 Administrative Unit building is an eco-friendly building that is able to coexist with the nearby neighborhood, maximize work efficiency as an administrative unit, enhance the future-oriented value of Kangwon Land, and ensure a mutual harmony with nature exists. The building will become a remarkable and enduring landmark of Gohan, Jeongseon-gun.
