울산광역시  울주군 남부권 최대 문화복지시설로 온산공단 등으로 다소 삭막한 지역 이미지를 개선하는 동시에 지역 주민들의 문화복지 향상에 기여를 할것으로 보인다. 지하1층 기계실․전기실, 지상1층은 수영장, 골프연습장, 키즈카페, 도서관 등이, 2층은 다목적 체육관, 홀, 도서관, 3층에는 공조실이 갖추고, 센터 주변 36,085㎡에는 야외쉼터와 산책로 등 테마공원도 함께 조성될 것이다.

The Onsan Complex Community Center will improve the somewhat desolate image of the city due to the neighboring Onsan Industrial Complex and serve as the biggest cultural welfare center in the Southern part of Ulsan. At the same time, this center will contribute to the wellbeing of people’s everyday life. In the basement floor, the mechanical and electrical facilities come in and on the ground level, a swimming pool, golf practicing court yard, a kid’s cafeteria and a library stand in.On the second floor, a multipurpose gymnasium, a hall, a library takes place and on the third floor, air conditioning and refrigerating facilities are situated.On the surrounding 36,085㎡of lands, an exterior resting place, a promenade and a small theme park will also be formed for the visitors.
