하안동과 철산동의 경계지점인 현 하안동 다목적복지관(노인회지회 건물)과 하안도서관 주차장 부지를 합쳐 노인복지관을 신축하고,  하안동, 철산동 뿐만 아니라 광명동에서도 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 위치여서 많은 노인복지 수요를 소화할 수 있을 것으로 보인다. 지하 3층 지상 4층의 건물로 총면적은 약 8,581㎡로 경로식당, 체력단련실, 물리치료실 등을 만들어 운영할 계획이다.

The site of existing Haan Community Center and a parking lot of Haan Library are combined to construct a new Senior Welfare Center. It is expected to meet the high demand for elderly care not only from Haan and Cheolsan-dong but also Gwangmyeong-dong. The new Senior Center, a seven-story building, including three basement floors and four upper floors, and approximately 8,581㎡ of the total gross area, has a cafeteria, gym, and physiotherapy clinic.
