C자형 메스 구성을 통해 양호한 채광 도입 및 쾌적한 공간구성과 중정의 도입으로 기존 다이빙장의 장소성을 부여하였고, 완충공간으로서의 콘코스 계획으로 도로 측 소음을 완화하고 조망권을 확보했다. 더불어 커뮤니티 공간도 구성함으로써 고객들의 휴식과 편의를 제공하는 도심 속의 복합문화 커뮤니티의 장을 마련했다.

The C-shape mass composition allows for both good lighting and a pleasant spatial organization. The courtyard symbolizes the uniqueness of the site. The concourse plan serves as a buffer zone that works to both mitigate road noise and ensure good views outwards towards the city. By creating a community space, this facility provides a place of rest and convenience for the customer, as well as serving as an important cultural complex located within the city.
