송도 OK-CENTER 건물은 공동주택 지상60층 2개동 999세대,저층부 오피스텔 237실/고층부 호텔 202실로된 지상20층 1개동, 기단부에 지상2층의 근린생활시설 및 지하5층의 주차장으로 이루어진 주상복합 프로젝트로, 인천 지하철 1호선인 송도 센트럴파크역 2번 출구와 당건물의 지하1층 호텔 부대시설과 연계되어 접근성이 좋을 뿐만 아니라 주위에 인천경제자유구역청, 센트럴파크, 종합문화시설로 시공중인 아트센트, 동북아 트레이드 타워, 포스코건설 사옥 등이 위치하고 있어 생활 편의성이 뛰어나다.

The Songdo OK-Center Building is designed as a mixed-use housing project with two multi-unit dwelling houses that stand at 60 floors tall each, one 20-floor building that contains 237 low-floor studios and 202 high-floor hotel rooms, a two-story tall community facility located in the outdoor zone, and an underground parking lot five levels deep. As a hotel facility on the first basement level of the building is connected to exit No. 2 of the Songdo Central Park Station, which is part of the Incheon Subway No. 1 Line, the building has a high level of accessibility to the outside world. Furthermore, its overall level of convenience is excellent thanks to its location near the Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority (IFEZA), Central Park, the Art Centre, which is in the process of undergoing construction with the goal of becoming a cultural complex, the Northeast Asia Trade Tower, and the building of POSCO E&C.
