역사성이 깃든 도시, 거리와 공원에 문화-예술의 장, 품위 있는 회랑형 건축 및 예술인을 만날 수 있는 도시를 기획함과 동시에, Pen(열린) 첨단복합행정 타운 조성, 열린 행정서비스 제공, 통합정보시스템 관리-운영을 위한 IT 센터 설립, 방범-방재-초고속 정보망 구축, 시설물 관리 등의 U-City를 구현하였고, Sustainable(지속적인) 공원과 연계하여 쾌적한 주거지 조성, 녹지체계에 친수공간 조성과 함께, Njoyable(즐거운) 특화거리 조성으로 도시 이벤트 요소 가미, 상업지역 내 유럽풍 파사드 건축 등 특화거리를 조성하였다.

We designed a city full of culture, art, and history; a city where we can achieve a high-quality, gallery-like architecture while simultaneously creating an open and high-tech multifunctional administrative town. The plan sets forth the establishment of a U-city by providing open administrative services throughout, establishing an IT center for integrated information system management and operations, and by establishing security-disaster prevention systems with high speed data networks. Also, the plan provides a pleasant living environment with its own sustainable park, an ecologically friendly waterfront space, and a special street called 'Njoyable', where we added various urban elements and European style facades to create specialized street elements within the commercial area.
