안전하고 쾌적한 생활공간과 동시에 지역사회와 공동체적 공감을 가질 수 있는 문화교류의 거점 공간으로 기본방향을 잡았다. 우선, 교육과정의 원활한 수행이 가능하며 교육여건 변화에 능동적으로 대응하는 공간을 계획했고, 모든 이용자가 안전하고 쾌적하게 사용할 수 있는 유니버설 디자인과 무장애화를 구현한다. 또한 지구환경 문제 및 새학교증후군 등에 능동적으로 대처하고 예방하는 친환경 학교시설을 계획했다. 교사동 일조시간 확보를 위해 남향으로 배치하고, 대지 레벨차를 활용하여 다목적 강당 하부에는 주차장을 계획했다. 교사동을 연결하는 홈베이스 및 다양한 커뮤니티 공간을 계획하고, 인동간격 확보와 전면동 4층, 후면동 5층 계획으로 일조를 확보할 수 있으며, 학생들의 안전을 고려하여 보차분리 계획을 했다. 체육관은 레벨차를 극복하기 위해 하부공간을 주차장으로 이용할 수 있도록 계획하였으며, 운동장은 대지 남동 측에 배치하여 남동 측에 위치한 21m 도로의 소음원에 대한 버퍼존으로 계획했다. 교사동은 남동 측에 위치한 도로의 소음원으로부터 최대한 이격 배치했으며, 일조 확보를 위해 남향으로 배치했다. 그리고 음악, 미술실을 1층에 배치하여 야외공간을 수업 확장 공간으로 이용 가능토록 계획했다. 주변 자연환경을 해치지 않는 단정한 모습의 매스와 햇빛이나 달빛에 비치어 반짝이는 잔물결이 어우러지는 패턴을 디자인 요소에 적용하였다. The basic design idea was established as a foundation for cultural exchange within the local community, as well as providing the template for a safe and pleasant living space. First, the blueprints dictated that the building needed to assist with the smooth and efficient implementation of education while also actively responding to changes throughout the education sector. A universal design, combined with a zero tolerance attitude towards accidents, was implemented in order to guarantee safety and provide an enhanced user experience for all. An eco-friendly school facility that actively deals with and prevents global environmental issues and sick school syndrome was also planned. The teachers' building faces south to maximize daylight penetration, and the parking lot is designed at the bottom of the multipurpose hall, taking advantage of the natural sinkage in the topography. By designing a home base connected to the teachers' building and other community spaces, the pitch of the buildings and a healthy amount of active daylight hours on 4F for the front building and 5F of the rear building were secured. The segregation of pedestrians and vehicles was also planned out extensively in and effort to ensure student safety. To overcome the difference in height posed by the local topography, the gymnasium was designed with a parking lot occupying the lower levels of the space, and the schoolyard was placed at the southeast end of the site to provide a buffer zone against the traffic noise that stems from a main road located just 21m away to the southeast. The teachers' building was placed as far as possible from the main source of noise, a 21m road in the southeast, and it faces southward to maximize daylight. The music and arts classes are located on 1F to allow for class expansion outside into the outdoor space. The entire building has a sophisticated appearance that does not overpower or ruin the image of the surrounding natural environment, and the dazzling imagery of sparkling ripples against light was incorporated into many of the design elements of the school.
