신정4보금자리주택지구 아파트 건설공사 1단지는 친환경주거단지 조성을 위한 단지를 구성하였다. 7개동으로, 39㎡,49㎡,59㎡,74㎡,84㎡형의 단위세대 평면으로 다양한 라이프스타일을 반영토록 계획하였다. 경로당, 보육시설, 휘트니스센터, 주민카페, 작은도서관등의 주민편의를 위한 부대복리시설을 단지 남측주동 100% 지하주차장 계획으로 지상공간 활용에 있어서 안전성과 쾌적성을 최대화 하였다. 주요입면은 심플하되 상징적 요서를 부여하는 경관을 연출(임대동의 긴 복도면을 패턴화하여 연출)하였고, 발코니의 들고나감부분에 독자적인 패턴을 적용하여 신정4만의 아이덴티티를 극대화하였다.
The Shinjung 4-person residential apartment complex is drawn-up as an eco-friendly residential complex. With 7 buildings, we hope to reflect the diverse lifestyles of the complex’s residents with unit-level plans of 39㎡, 49㎡, 59㎡, 74㎡ and 84㎡. A subsidiary welfare facility complex was planned for the lower south side of the site that would be indicated through a difference in elevation, and included a senior citizen’s center, daycare facilities, fitness center, public cafe, and a small library. In addition, by planning a 100% underground parking lot structure, safety and comfort within the apartment units have been maximized. The main elevation is simple, producing a scenic landscape (planned with a long aisle rental area) and a unique hatch balcony pattern, all of this coming together to maximize the identity of Shinjung 4.
