공간의 나눔, 체험의 나눔, 자연의 나눔이라는 주제로 나눔으로 배가 되는 보육시설 및 지역주민 복지를 위한 문화복지공간을 계획하였다. 정남향 배치로 채광 및 일조성을 극대화하였다. 대지 레벨 차 및 수목을 활용하여 어린이집 외부 공간의 안전성을 확보하였다. <모래와 자연 놀이터-야외수영장-체험텃밭-생태학습장-생태습지> 계획으로 다양한 외부 체험학습공간을 형성하였다. 채광을 고려한 남향 배치 및 가변성을 고려한 모듈을 선정하였다.

This childcare facility and community welfare center is designed around the central themes of sharing with others, participating in new kinds of experiences, and embracing Mother Nature. The main design orients the childcare facility to face south in order to maximize natural daylight penetration into the interior space. Also, by utilizing the difference in height of the surrounding topography and by planting trees throughout the site, we are able to create a more safe and secure outdoor space for the children to enjoy. Another main component of the overall design was a 'sand natural playground-outdoor swimming pool-child farm-ecological study park-ecological wetland', designed with the intention of building a wide variety of immersive education spaces outdoors, rather than indoors. A southward-oriented design is applied to create a well-lit interior space, and a proper module is selected that takes into consideration the possibility of several different design variations and arrangements.
