As Head of the Construction Management Division at HAENGLIM Architecture, he is responsible for the overall tasks of winning contracts for the construction business management for both public and private projects. He previously served in the construction division of Samsung C&T for 27 years, directed the management of local field projects, including human resources and risk management, and served as the site manager at various project sites, including the new Seoul City Hall. Based on these experiences, he strives to secure external competitiveness in the Construction Management Department and to the continuous growth of HAENGLIM Architecture.

I believe that the most important factor in the construction project management is the efficient management of risks to support the rational decision making of the owners. For each type of project, there is always a risk inherent in the progress of each phase of the project (planning, design, construction, maintenance, etc.). Distinguishing these risks in advance (identification), analyzing, and taking action (responding, solutions) is a cornerstone of the success of the project by supporting the decision-maker's clear decision making.
